Abstract

PT. XYZ is an industrial equipment manufacturer and fabricator. Due to the unique nature and high variation in their product, the company utilize the made-to-order system and runs its production by the project. One project suffered a delay and needed to be evaluated and rescheduled. This study aims to map the duration required to complete the project and establish a new schedule. We use the Gantt chart, Critical Path Method (CPM), and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) to visualize the schedule and activities path available in the project. The result shows that there are 24 activities in the project. Most activities are on the critical path except activities C and F. However, the project has a 95% probability of finishing on time.
