Analisis Tingkat Risiko Cedera Pekerja Menggunakan Metode Rapid Entire Body Assisment Bagian Warehouse Pada PT Piranti

This study was carried out to assess the risk of injuries when moving materials in PT warehouses. The purpose of this study is to identify illnesses reported in warehouse operations and assess the risk of worker infection. This study uses the Nordic Body Map (NBM) technique to identify pain disorders in workers and the Rapid Whole Body Assessment (REBA) technique to assess the level of postural risk. The study showed that eight people complained of pain in the right shoulder, right knee, left leg and right leg. In the NBM questionnaire, the average score for musculoskeletal disease risk is 64, placing it in the intermediate category that requires further improvement. At the same time, a REBA score of 12 is a very high risk and currently requires improvement. Based on this study, Warehouse workers were found to be at increased risk of developing musculoskeletal (MS) injuries. Therefore, it is necessary to improve or augment equipment such as forklifts and conveyor belts to reduce injury from musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).
