This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the work environment (X) and employee satisfaction (Y), and to determine how much the work environment is related to employee satisfaction in final assy operators. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method, namely purposive sampling, namely by determining the existence of certain criteria used as many as 30 people. While the data collection technique used is a Questionnaire (survey) to final assy operator employees at PT. PXYZ. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The technique for processing and analyzing data is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of linearity tests, normality tests, hypotheses, namely Pearson Product Moment correlation tests using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive relationship between the work environment (X) and employee satisfaction (Y) that the Pearson coefficient value between the Work Environment (X) and Job Satisfaction (Y) is 0.856 and the significance level is 0.000 (p <0.05). This value indicates that there is a relationship between the two variables. Thus, the hypothesis stating that there is a relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction in Final Assy operator employees is accepted. Although both variables show a positive relatioship, based on the results of the analysis on the work environment variable (X) is at the highest level with an average value of 3.133. This means that respondents see the Work Environment Variable (X) primarily from Item X7 (Relationship between production leaders and production operators). The overall average value for the Work Environment Variable (X) of 2.900 is in the High category. This indicates that the Work Environment Variable (X) is considered High by respondents. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis on the Satisfaction variable (Y) Items Y1 and Y7 are at the highest level with an average value of 2.933 each. This means that respondents see the Job Satisfaction Variable (Y) primarily from Item X7. The overall average value for the Job Satisfaction Variable (Y) of 2.880 is in the High category.
