Abstract

Animal Rescuer is a term used to refer to individuals or members of organizations who are directly involved in efforts to save animals that need help. Indonesia, with its natural diversity, has a variety of snake types, including venomous and non-venomous ones. The presence of snakes in residential areas often causes concern and fear among residents, which then results in the desire to kill snakes without considering the risks.

Currently, reporting of animal rescue cases by the public is often done spontaneously by telephone. However, reporters often do not provide complete and accurate address information. This is an obstacle for the Aral Cipeundeuy Subang Animal Rescue Team in reaching the location of the conflict between animals and humans. Therefore, the Aral Cipeundeuy Subang Community provides a public complaint service regarding animal rescue (Animal Rescue) to provide a sense of security to the community from dangers that may be caused by wild animals.

This information system was developed using the prototyping method as a development approach. Development is carried out using the PHP, CSS and MySQL programming languages ​​to manage the database.

The presence of this information system makes it easier for the public to compile reports with accuracy and accuracy, while also making it easier for the Aral Cipeundeuy Subang Community to create event reports and inform the public about their activities.
