Abstract

PT Piranti Teknik Indonesia is one of the private companies that produces wiring harnesses according to customer orders. Research was conducted at the teaching factory of the Subang College of Technology regarding the calculation of standard time on assy 32100-K2V-N410 because currently it does not have the right standard time in the production process therefore the author wants to know the raw time, This study aims to measure the standard time of the wiring harness manufacturing process using the downtime method. Based on the discussion regarding the calculation of standard time at PT PIRANTI TEKNIK INDONESIA where it is located in TF STT TEXMACO, it can be concluded From the results of data processing, it was found that the standard time in assembling the wiring harness assy 32100-K2V-N410 was 699.547 seconds from the total of all assembly division operators, with the fastest raw time ditapping 2 with a time of 48, 279 seconds while the largest raw time ditaping 11 with a time of 56.675 seconds. There was a decrease in the standard time for making wiring harness products in the assembling process by 132 seconds from the standard time of 832 seconds to 699.547 seconds.
