Analisis Pemilihan Supplier Granule Batu Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) Di Pt Xyz

Abstract

Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities in the company. Supplier selection is included in a multi-criteria problem that includes various factors. One method that can be used is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. This research was conducted at one of the largest animal feed companies in Indonesia, PT XYZ, which has a partnership with a stone granule supplier. The discussion of the problems in this study are: (1) what criteria are considered by PT XYZ in determining the selection of stone granule suppliers? (2) which stone granule supplier should be selected by PT XYZ based on the AHP method? The sources of this research are decision makers in the purchasing, plant and quality control departments who know how suppliers perform. In this study using the AHP method with the help of Microsoft excel. The results of the assessment of the level of importance of criteria in supplier selection get the following weight results: First priority is quality with a weight value of 0.544, second priority is service with a weight value of 0.210, second priority is price with a weight value of 0.126, fourth priority is delivery with a weight value of 0.060 and fifth priority is availability of goods with a weight value of 0.059. Based on the results of the overall priority calculation in determining the alternative, the alternative priority weights are as follows: Alternative priority I is supplier 2 with a weight value of 0.272, alternative priority II is supplier 4 with a weight value of 0.258, alternative priority III is supplier 1 with a weight value of 0.248, and alternative priority IV is supplier 3 with a weight value of 0.222.
