Web-Based Public Service Complaint System Using the Agile Extreme Programming Method

Abstract

3,107 people in 2020. The village has the task of carrying out government, development and providing services to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to improve effectiveness, efficiency and better service quality. The Agile Extreme Programming method is an agile method that is different from other agile methods. The advantage of the Agile Extreme Programming method is that the system processing time is faster to increase client satisfaction compared to other agile methods. This is due to the characteristics of the Agile Extreme Programming method which does not use formal documentation during the development process and is able to adapt to changes requested by users. The design of this system can provide convenience in public services, clear procedural information, transparency of service complaints, centralized data storage, a complaint system interface that facilitates the process of submitting and making public service complaint reports.
