Perbaikan Gangguan Muskuloskeletal Pada Operator CCTV Di Control Room PT. XYZ

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) operators at PT XYZ experienced musculoskeletal complaints due to non-ergonomic working conditions. This study aimed to improve workstation ergonomics using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) methods based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 48 of 2016 and ITU-R BT.2246-7. The study involved 10 operators using observation, documentation, anthropometric measurements, NBM questionnaires, and ROSA assessments. The highest complaints were reported in the upper neck, lower neck, lower back, buttocks, and lower buttocks, while 80% of operators required ergonomic improvements. The main risk factors were monitor position and unsuitable work chairs and anthropometry. After the improvements, no operators remained in the high-risk category, and lower neck complaints decreased by 31.3%.
