Abstract

Breast milk is the best intake for infants, containing antibodies and essential nutrients that support growth and strengthen immunity. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding due to health issues, low milk production, or time constraints. Posyandu Harapan Sehat currently lacks an integrated system for managing breast milk donation activities. Therefore, a web-based breast milk donation information system was developed to simplify registration, health checks, scheduling, distribution, and reporting. This system was built using the prototype method and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, with PHP and MySQL for data management. Through this system, health cadres and the community can access information more quickly, accurately, and in an organized manner. In addition to facilitating breast milk distribution to infants in need, the system aims to increase public awareness of the benefits of breast milk donation and promote modern, sustainable healthcare services for mothers and children at the posyandu.
