One of the equipment that was damaged was the jig board (fast moving), experiencing component damage broken plastic fork, dirty jig board, rusty iron fork, torn plastic jig board, fragile and perforated board. This study aims to reduce the number of cases of equipment damage using Pareto diagrams, identify defect factors that cause damage to the equipment with the FMEA method, and conduct training on the equipment through fishbone diagrams. The method used in this study is the FMEA method. The results of the Pareto diagram study determine the order of component damage on the equipment: 223 broken plastic forks with a cumulative 38.25%, 130 dirty jig boards (60.55%), 116 rusty iron forks (80.45%), 71 torn plastic jig boards (92.63%), fragile and perforated boards 43 pcs (100%). The FMEA method obtained RPN assessments on dirty jig board components, broken plastic forks, and rusty iron forks. Fishbone diagrams were applied to solve problems and propose improvements to the causes of the damage experienced.
