Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Piranti Teaching Factory

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, to assess the magnitude of this influence, and to identify the most dominant work environment factor contributing to job dissatisfaction. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with a population of 131 individuals and a sample size of 57 respondents. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 30 through simple linear regression. The results indicate a positive influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, with a t-table value of 2.00404 and a t-calculated value of 4.476. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.267, meaning that 26.7% of job satisfaction is explained by the work environment. Based on the partial test of work environment indicators, temperature—with a beta coefficient (β) of 0.501—was found to be the most influential factor contributing to job dissatisfaction.
