Pemilihan Supplier Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Keripik Singkong Imunk Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

produces cassava chips snacks and has been operating since February 2019. The growing number of competitors offering lower selling prices, along with a significant increase in the cost of raw materials, has become a challenge for Imunk MSME. The high cost of cassava raw materials, accounting for 26.32% of the selling price, poses a problem since the selling price remains higher than that of competitors. As a result, the business needs to find suppliers who can reduce raw material costs to remain competitive in the market segment. Selecting a supplier that meets the business's needs can be determined through analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The supplier selection analysis based on the AHP method identifies the best criteria and alternatives for the business. According to the AHP analysis results, the highest priority criterion is price, with a weight of 0.383, followed sequentially by quality, service, product availability, and delivery. The top-priority supplier alternative is Supplier A, with a weight of 0.602, which can serve as a long-term business partner for Imunk MSME
