Abstract

Steam Snow Sinar Terang Clean is a vehicle laundry business located in Cipendeuy Village, Subang District, and has been operating since 2008. This effort faces a variety of challenges, especially in terms of managing customer data and transactions that still use calculators. Major problems include difficulties in customer registration, transactions, as well as producing time-consuming and error-prone daily and monthly reports. The research uses Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Rapid Application Development (RAD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML) approaches to facilitate system construction. The research methods used are qualitative, involving interviews, observations, analysis of documents, and other sources as data. The system developed includes registration features and subscription numbers, which make it easy for the administrator to count the number of customers and create reports without duplicating data, as well as facilitating transactions with printed payment proof. Research results show that the system improves integrity in registration, transactions, and reporting, and is easy to use by users. Recommendations for further development include improved display of information and promotions, upgrading features according to current needs, and improved system security for user convenience.
